(1) The sale of goods: The seller and management meaning “FAIRDEAL INVESTMENT LIMITED”  – the
official licensee of Ashley in Tanzania, agrees to sell and the buyer agrees to purchase the goods in
accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. The buyer agrees to pay the agreed-upon
purchase price for the Goods as specified in the invoice provided by the seller.

(2) Post-sale ownership: Goods purchased by the buyer from the seller over any kind of agreed credit
terms between the two parties, shall remain the property of the seller until the outstanding amount is
fully paid for by the buyer in payment terms agreed between the seller and buyer.

(3) Refund policy: Goods once sold shall not be refunded unless under the following circumstances:
(a) The goods received are significantly different from what was described by the seller and must be
accompanied with the issued sales documents.
(b) The goods are found to be defective upon delivery where the buyer must notify the seller in writing
of any issues and/or defect with the goods within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for
exchange. Refunds will be processed in fourteen (14) working days of approval by the seller.

(4) Collection of goods: The buyer agrees to collect the goods from the seller’s premises within seven (7)
working days of the purchase date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to collect the goods
of which, within the specified period by the buyer, may result in storage and/or handling fees that may
be imposed to the buyer by the seller or the eventual cancellation of the order and retainment of the
goods by the seller, all at the seller’s discretion.

(5) Delivery and acceptance: The goods are to be collected by the buyer within the agreed upon
timeframes. On delivery, the buyer or their authorized representative must inspect the goods for any
damage or discrepancies. Acceptance of the goods by the buyer or their representative shall constitute
the acknowledgement that the goods are in satisfactory state therefore meeting buyer’s expectations
unless otherwise noted in writing.

The seller shall not be held liable post the delivery for any damages or discrepancies for or of any kind to
the goods.

(6) Invalid payments: The buyer is hereby held responsible for any associated charges imposed by the
seller in the event of bounced payments that may be made to settle the outstanding amounts of this
invoice.
